Hair coloring by Ujjawala was good, but the hygiene standards at this BBlunt branch are extremely poor. The worst experience was during the pedicure—such a pathetic service that I ended up with a nail bed infection. There was zero hygiene maintained; used tools were not cleaned before being used on another client. I strongly request the management to improve hygiene and overall service quality.
