I must say, Charmi has done a fantastic job. I had blonde-ish hair, and i wanted to completely change my look and go completely subtle brown, but I also wanted it to be little bit loud. I didn’t think that was possible but she made it possible for me. I had a lot of questions and kept changing my mind about colors but Charmi kept on assuring me and clearing all my doubts with a smile. Im so happy. Im def coming back!
