Got a really nice foot massage and hair wash today. Everyone was very nice and hospitable and the services were great. Few issues I faced that I would recommend the staff to avoid so that they can retain customers like me. I would have given a 5 star if not for the below two points: 1. Overselling and not giving me a chance to chill: From the time I entered till the time I left, they were all constantly trying to sell things to me. So I did not get a chance to relax at all. The guy doing my foot massage did a wonderful job but was being overly pushy about how I should come for a pedicure and spent too much time telling me why I should do so. It would have been great for him to mention it once and keep it short and sweet. The guy doing my hair wash mentioned some shampoos to me. I clearly said I would not spend that amount of money on shampoos. Still they brought the shampoos to show me. The guy from the reception came to me too many times for too many things. I would have appreciated him waiting till the end of my services and then telling me those things. 2. Invasion of Privacy: Despite me saying I was not comfortable sharing my number and wanted no messages, they took my full name and somehow dug up my number from the B Blunt database as I may have visited another B Blunt years ago, and they came and verified my number with me and said they will "try" to ensure that I am not spammed. However, I am not only concerned about being spammed, I clearly conveyed that I did not want Whatsapp messages or messages on my phone "at all". It would have been respectful for them to not try to dig up my number. Even if they did, I would have appreciated if they ignored that and did not come to verify it with me considering that I had clearly and multiple times said I do not want to share it all.

B blunt Colaba has a great professional team. From the beginning you will have a consultant and she takes you to the hairdresser. For me it was Kunal supported by Ruchir who designed my look. From the colour to the blow dry and the final result this deo worked with such understanding and coordination. I loved the look Kunal gave me. A great professional guy and very talented. Super experience.
