I visited for facial at BBlunt Pali Hill & it was a refreshing experience. Staff Jyoti was very gentle, and attentive to skin needs. She explained me every step of the process and made the entire experience very relaxing.The ambience is chic, and my skin felt clean and glowing. Worth the price for some self-care time!

Wasn’t sure what to expect with all the reviews mentioning chrysann she wasn’t available and I desperately needed a hair cut. Was assigned Ruksar who did a great job; she was polite and professional & I would recommend her if you’re not sure who to book with. Overall the salon was nice and I felt the price met the service. My only feedback would be that it was a pretty hot afternoon; offering customers something to drink when they walk in would be an A+ (specially if they don’t arrive in a vehicle😅) — that said; I was asked if I wanted a beverage after my hair wash, I just wanted water but it never came- I did hear her ask someone though.
Just a bit more attention to detail there would be good; But I get it slip ups happen.
Reccomend ruksar and would book a cut with her again 👍

Face . She gave me a root touch up after advising on colour to be used and also gave me a deep conditioning treatment to take my frizz .. and a wonderful haircut with blow dry…. Felt relaxed and in good hands . Definitely coming back . Tysm 🙏
