I recently had the most amazing experience at Bblunt Pali Hill and I just had to share it with others! I walked in feeling a bit stressed and overwhelmed with my hair after having grown it for 5 years and it was time for a change, but left feeling like a brand new person. I was treated by Singmi, who was an absolute master of his craft. He was so attentive and listened to exactly what I wanted, and then went above and beyond to deliver. But what really took it to the next level was the hair spa treatment by Chrysanne. Oh my goodness, it was absolute bliss! She worked her magic and I felt like I was in a spa retreat, not a salon! The color treatment was also a highlight - Singmi and his assistant Wilma did an incredible job of transforming my hair from dull and lackluster to vibrant and full of life. The color is so rich and healthy-looking, and I've received a few compliments since my visit. What really impressed me was the attention to detail and care that each of the stylists brought to their work. From the consultation to the final touch-ups, every step of the process was executed with precision and professionalism. Overall, I would highly recommend Bblunt Pali Hill to anyone looking for a top-notch salon experience. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and truly passionate about their work. Having undergone a cataract surgery on my rt eye, I was advised to explore a dependable salon for a head bath so that water does not get onto my eyes. As I trust only bblunt where it comes to hair care, I searched and found the nearest bblunt salon from my clinic at Pali hill..my sister who had come down from Delhi to take care of me was also looking for a hair treatment and styling ..while the day before she hinted that she has not been to Pali hill on her earlier visits to Mumbai..so we landed up on a rainy Saturday afternoon at Bblunt Pali hill salon and we're completely floored by the experience...Neeta the salon Manager was warm and sensitive, Jayzel was very cautious with the head bath and treatment while the ever smiling Muskan volunteered to hold a dry cloth above my eyes so that water does not chance to get into them. She also gave me a long, comfy mani pedi..the massage was superb and she was very gentle on my cuticles. My sister was extremely happy with the hair treatment and styling by Singmi, a master at his art..while the mani pedi by Mohan literally made her go off to sleep. We were served warm excellent coffee and the vibes of the place including the pastel shades of the decor added to the heartwarming and memorable experience! I went back to blunt pali hill salon for a head bath, this time after my second cataract surgery i.e. in the left eye..as I got a bit late, Jayzel had left for the day but Chrysanne, supported by the ever smiling Muskan, more than made up for that by also suggesting a much needed hair cut. The layers she gave my hair added volume to it while the head bath was done in a careful and sensitive way so that water does not get into my eyes. Chrysanne loves her art and that's what endeared her all the more to us! Neeta, the salon Manager, is a warm, lovely Soul who took care of me and even helped me to my car with her umbrella as it had started raining heavily ...and I could not afford to get drenched as my eyes needed protection from water. Her sensitivity really touched my heart...God Bless Neeta and the entire team at Bblunt Pali hill salon. I recommend this salon to everyone and will definitely come back not only for the excellent service but also for the warm, lovely vibes!
