Recently went to Bblunt for a haircut. I've only visited them for haircuts bc they understand curly hair texture. But this time around, it was quite disappointing.
I wanted to get a cut slightly out of my comfort, so I booked for a style director. I explained my requirements and showed pictures for reference. I specifically asked the hair length to be a certain length and in the end, the stylist gave me a very short graduated bob.
She recognised that I have very fine and poofy hair. Yet gave me a terrible cut and my hair despite styling looks very bottom heavy, frizzy and doesn't suit my face.
The styling job after the cut wasn't satisfactory either, cause instead of opening my curls, the stylist only frizzed it up by shooting up the heat and speed on the diffuser. And was more interested in getting me colour my hair than doing the haircut itself.
I only visited them because I had a wonderful experience with my previous session. It's unfortunate this time did not translate the same.
Overall a 3.5 experience.
